Reminiscing over the past is like chewing the cud, the more you indulge in it, the sweeter it tastes.
The only cure for 24/7 drowsiness, aimlessness and broodiness is good, hard, focussed work.
If you frequently find yourself berating yourself over your perceived flaws, THAT is the biggest flaw which needs fixing.
We humans are like mirrors: We simply reflect all that we’ve learnt from our unique experiences. But to think that we are inherently unique in some way would be a fallacy. All mirrors are the same, they contain nothing alone, by themselves. Only when you put millions of these mirrors together, you get the beautiful kaleidoscope of humanity.
